| 摘 要： | 观察白噪声对畸变产物耳声发射输入输出函数曲线影响，探讨其临床价值。方法：检测临床患者６１例，包括单纯性耳鸣不伴有听力下降患者３２例；以低频听力下降为主的耳聋患者２７例；蜗后病变２例。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the change of Iuput Output of DPOAE with contralateral acoustic stimulation of white noise (WN) and study its clinical significance.Methods:61 patients were studied,induding:(1)32 patients with tinnitus but normal hearing,(2)27 patients with low frequency sensorineural hearing loss,and (3) 2 patients with retrocochlear deafness.Results:I/O of DPOAE suppressed phenomenon disappeared in 21 patients with tinnitus,19 patients with low frequency sensorineural hearing loss and 2 patients with retrocochlear deafness.Conclusion:I/O of DPOAE is valuable in studying mechanism of tinnitus,location of low frequency sensorineural hearing loss and distinguishing cochlear hearing loss and retrocochlear hearing loss,and it offers a more precise and direct perception in clinical application. |
