百令胶囊辅助治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床观察

目的观察百令胶囊辅助治疗难治性肾病综合征的效果。方法100例难治性肾病患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用百令胶囊口服,每次3粒,3次.d-1,疗程6个月。通过检测2组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白及血肌酐变化来观察临床治疗效果。结果2组经治疗后尿蛋白、血肌酐均比治疗前显著下降（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,血浆白蛋白比治疗前升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;治疗组总有效率（84%）显著高于对照组（74%）（P〈0.05）。结论百令胶囊辅助治疗难治性肾病综合征能有效地提高疗效。

Clinical Study on Adjuvant Therapy of Bailing Capsule for Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of adjuvant therapy of refractory nephrotic syndrome（RNS） with Bailing Capsule.Methods One hundred RNS patients were randomly divided into the control group（n=50,treated with prednisone alone） and the treatment group（n=50,treated with Bailing Capsule based on prednisone,3 capsules each time,3 time a day for 6 months）.Twenty four hours of urinary protein excretion,plasma albumin and serum creatinine were tested before and after therapy.Results After treatment 24 h urinary protein excretion of both two groups were lowered obviously,serum creatinine were lowered（P0.05 or P0.01）,Alb was increased notably（P0.05 or P0.01）.The toal effective of treatment group was better than that in control group（84% vs 74%,P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect could more efficiently increase when the RNS patients treated with prednisone combing with Bailing Capsule.
