Risk management of operation

Objective To discuss the risk management of the operating room to eliminate or reduce the threat of the risk. Methods Staff of the operating room were trained to conduct risk awareness, establish risk management group, raise the risk awareness of the nursing staff, strengthen the management of risk-prone area and enhance the ability of disposing operation risks. Results The risk managments relieve the pressure of the staff of the operating room, establish a harmonious relationship between the medical staff, strengthen the team spirit and mobilize the enthusiasm of the old nurses. Conclusion The plan of the risk management process of the operating room plugs the management deficiency and ensures the operation safety.
