c-myc在结直肠癌良恶性病变中的表达

目的 :探讨癌基因c -myc的表达与结直肠癌恶性转化、恶性演进的关系及其对结直肠癌生物学行为的影响。方法 :用免疫组化LSAB(Labelledstreptavidinbiotinmethod)技术检测 6 7例结直肠癌、2 2例管状腺瘤、10例绒毛状腺瘤、2 3例正常黏膜c -myc基因产物。结果 :结直肠癌、管状腺瘤、绒毛状腺瘤、正常黏膜c -myc的阳性表达率分别是 6 7.2 % (45 / 6 0 ) ,5 0 % (5 / 10 ) ,2 2 .7% (5 / 2 2 )和 17.4 % (4/ 2 3) ,组间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;管状腺瘤、管状腺瘤伴不典型性增生、管状腺瘤恶变c -myc的阳性表达率分别是 0 (0 /12 ) ,5 0 % (5 / 10 )和 75 % (6 / 8) ,组间差别有非常显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :c -myc可能参与结直肠黏膜的增殖与癌变过程。

THE EXPRESSION OF C-MYC IN COLORECTAL LESIONS

Objective:To explore the relationship between c-myc expression to the noeplastic transformation and neoplastic progression in colorectal carcionoma and to substantiate the effects on the cancerous biological behavior.Methods:Using immunohistochemical LSAB(labelled streptaridin biotin method)technique,we determined c-myc expression in 67 colorectal carcinoma,22 tubular adenoma,10 villous adenoma,23 normal mucosae.Results:The positive incidence of c-myc expression in colorectal carcinoma,villous adenoma,tubular adenoma,normal mucosae were 67.2%(45/60),50%(5/10),22.7%(5/22),17.4%(4/23)respectively.The difference among them was found significantly( P <0.01).The positive incidence of c-myc express in colorectal tubular adenoma,tubular adenoma and dysplasia,tubular adenoma and carcinogenesis were 0(0/12),50%(5/10),75%(6/8)respectively.Conclusions:The result suggests that the expression of c-myc proto-oncogene protein might participate in the proliferative activity and process of carcinogenesis of normal colorectal mucosae.
