| 摘 要： | 目的] 观察渴疽洗方足浴治疗糖尿病足筋疽型的临床疗效.方法] 将120例糖尿病足筋疽型病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,在基础治疗的基础上,治疗组采用渴疽洗方(由大黄、乌梅、五倍子等组成)足浴疗法,对照组采用单纯换药疗法.14 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定临床综合疗效.结果] (1)临床综合疗效方面:治疗组治愈37例,好转18例,无效5例,总有效率为91.7%;对照组治愈34例,好转15例,无效11例,总有效率为81.7%.两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).(2)在红肿消退时间及创面愈合时间方面,治疗组均较对照组缩短,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论] 渴疽洗方足浴治疗糖尿病足筋疽型,活血祛瘀与清热解毒并用,疗效显著.
