| 摘 要： | 胃癌是发病率和死亡率很高的恶性肿瘤,癌组织的侵袭转移是胃癌患者死亡的主要原因.胃癌侵袭转移的机制非常复杂,涉及多种免疫分子和基因.这些免疫分子和基因,在胃癌侵袭转移时表达上调或下调,提示其在胃癌的发生、发展过程中发挥了重要作用.作者对一些胃癌侵袭转移相关免疫分子和基因的结构、功能及其在侵袭转移过程中作用的研究进展作一综述.

| Abstract: | Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence and mortality in China. Invasion and metastasis of carcinotissue is one of the main reasons for the death of patients with gastric cancer. The mechanism of gastric cancer invasion and metastasis is very complicated, containing several immunomolecules and genes. Up-or down-regulated expression of these molecules in gastric cancer invasion and metastasis means that these immunomolecules and genes play some important roles in generation and progression of gastric cancer. In this review,we introduced the structure and function of these immunomolecules and genes, and their action during the course of gastric cancer invasion and metastasis. |
