甘肃省不同职业人群生活方式调查分析

目的了解甘肃省公务员、科技人员、企业管理人员、中小学教师及体力劳动者5类职业人群的活方式,为今后在职业人群中开展健康教育活动提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,从甘肃省2个地级市中抽取公务员、科技人员、企业管理人员、教师、体力劳动者5类职业人群,对抽中单位中18～60岁相应职业的工作人员进行自测健康状况问卷调查。结果 5种职业人群总体的吸烟率为26.68%,其中体力劳动者的吸烟率最高(32.30%),中小学教师的吸烟率最低(21.68%);经常吃早餐的人占55.69%,企业管理者最高(73.08%);科技人员的睡眠时间高于其他4类人群,睡眠时间大于7小时者占86.08%。结论 5类职业人群在生活行为和饮食习惯等方面不容乐观,应加强该职业人群健康生活习惯的健康教育。

Analysis and Survey of Different Lifestyles of Working Groups in Gansu Province

Objectives To learn the situation of obesity and over weight and lifestyles among civil servants,scientific and technical personnel,enterprise staffs,elementary and secondary school teachers and manual workers in Gansu province. Methods Using cluster sampling method to extract two cities in Gansu province,each city included five occupational groups,which were public servant,scientific and technical personnel,Enterprises and management personnel,teachers and manual workers,respectively.Occupational people aged 18~60 year-old were interviewed with Self-test health questionnaire. Results The smoking rates were 26.68%,32.30% and 21.68% respectively among all respondents,manual worker and elementary and secondary school teachers.55.69% of respondents had breakfast every day.Enterprise staffs had the highest proportion of having breakfast everyday(73.08%).The sleeping duration of scientific and technical personnel was longer than other four occupational groups.86.08% of staffs had a sleeping duration over 7 hours. Conclusions In the terms of lifestyle,diet habit,there still were many healthy problems in these 5 occupational groups.Related health education should be reinforced.
