山西省3类人群艾滋病知识知晓率与歧视态度的对比分析

目的了解山西省公务员、企业职工和医学生艾滋病相关知识知晓程度和歧视态度现况。方法采用方便抽样的方法,抽取公务员211人、企业职工235人及医学生328人进行自填式问卷调查。结果艾滋病相关知识知晓率公务员高于医学生,医学生高于企业职工。3类人群除"共用牙刷、剃须刀"能否传播艾滋病的知晓率差别无统计学意义外,其他知识的知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。被调查公务员、企业职工、医学生艾滋病歧视态度得分分别为5.4分、7.6分、6.2分;3类人群对艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人最有可能采取的歧视行为是"不购买感染者家生产的商品或副食品"。结论 3类人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率越高对HIV感染者/AIDS病人的歧视程度越低;艾滋病相关知识的缺乏是导致对艾滋病歧视的主要原因之一。

Comparative Analysis on the Awareness of AIDS Knowledge and Discriminatory Attitude among Three Kinds of People in Shanxi Province

Objectives To understand the status of AIDS related knowledge and discrimination attitude of government officials,staffs and medical university students in Shanxi Province. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 211 government officials,235 staffs and 328 medical university students.Anonymous self-administrated questionnaires were used to collect the information about AIDS and discrimination attitude. Results The government officials’ awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was higher than medical university students and the medical university students’ was higher than staffs.The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among the three kinds of people was statistically significant(P<0.05)except the awareness rate of sharing toothbrush and shaver disseminating AIDS.The scores of discrimination attitude were 5.4,7.6 and 6.2 of the government officials,staffs and medical university students.The main manifestations of HIV/AIDS related discrimination was reluctantly buying the goods produced by HIV positive workers. Conclusions The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge among the three kinds of people was higher,and the awareness rate of AIDS related discrimination was lower.Lacking AIDS related knowledge was the major reason of AIDS related discrimination.
