孕妇分娩方式认知调查分析与护理对策

目的了解孕妇对分娩方式的认知情况及影响因素。方法对2009年6月～2010年2月在某医院住院待产的第1胎头位足月200例孕妇进行问卷调查,并追踪分娩结局。结果 200例被调查者中,有142例孕妇意愿选择自然分娩,占70.95%;58例孕妇意愿选择剖宫产,而实际分娩过程中,自然分娩124例,占61.90%;剖宫产76例,占38.09%。产前产后分娩方式比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.854,P<0.05)。结论孕妇心理因素对分娩方式有较大影响,重视妊娠期及分娩期的分娩教育,有利于正确选择分娩方式。

The Investigation of the Cognition of Delivery Mode of Pregnant Women and the Relative Nursing Strategies

Objectives To investigate the cognition and effective factors of delivery mode of pregnant women. Methods Conducting questionnaire survey on 200 cases of hospitalized pregnant women who were the first time for mature and head delivery during June to 2010 February to 2009,and tracking the outcomes of delivery. Results 142 of the 200 cases of pregnant women considered that natural childbirth was better than cesarean section,the percentage was 70.95%;and the other 58 cases of pregnant women chosen cesarean section.But in fact,the pregnant women who finally chose natural childbirth were merely 124 cases,accounting for 61.90%,the pregnant women who chose cesarean section achieved 76 cases,accounting for 38.09%.The delivery mode between prenatal and postnatal had significant difference(χ2=3.854,P<0.05). Conclusions Psychological factor can affect the choice of delivery mode.Paying more attention on the education during pregnancy and delivery periods is a positive way to guide the pregnant women choosing the right delivery mode.
