| 摘 要： | 滋养层细胞表面蛋白2( TROP2)是一种细胞表面糖蛋白,因为仅在滋养层细胞表面高表达而得名.最近研究发现TROP2蛋白在很多人类上皮性肿瘤中也存在高表达,而且与患者的预后有关,但其具体的作用机制目前仍不清楚.

| Abstract: | TROP2 (trophoblastic cell surface protein 2), a cell-surface glycoprotein, is named after its high expression only in trophoblast cells. Recent studies found that TROP2 protein is overexpressed in a variety of human epithelial cancers, and it is associated with the prognosis. However, the mechanism is still not clear. |
