摘 要: | 目的分析原武汉市青山区第一医院转型为红钢城社区卫生服务中心的背景依据和经验教训,为中小型医院的发展或转型提供参考。方法收集原青山区第一医院相关资料,并对有关人员进行专家访谈,运用SWOT分析法分析原青山区第一医院的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战,总结该医院转型前后的变化。结果转型前,原青山区第一医院的劣势比较明显,机遇比较多;转型后,红钢城社区卫生服务中心的服务量、医疗收入、群众满意度均有提高。结论转型为社区卫生服务是原青山区第一医院的正确选择,为其他中小型医院的转型提供了有益的借鉴。

Abstract: | Objectives To Investigate and study the background, reason and experience of the transformation from the Original First Hospital in Qingshan District to Red Steel City Community Health Service Center, so as to pro- vide experience and suggestion for the development and transformation of small and medium-sized hospitak Methods By collecting the related information of the original First Hospital in Qingshan District, and combining the inter- views on the related people, analyzed the internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the Original First Hospital in Qingshan District through SWOT strategy and summarized the changes before and after the transformation of the hospital. Results Before transformation, there were obvious disadvantages and opportu- nities of the Original First Hospital in Qingshan District. The volume of services, income and masses satisfaction of the Red Steel City Community Health Service Center had increased after transformation. Conclusions The transfor- mation from the First Hospital in Qingshan District to Red Steel City Community Health Service Center is turned to he a right choice and a good development direction for small and medium-sized hospital. |
