血管造影术中非屏气摄影技术的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨非屏气摄影技术在数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)术中的应用。方法:183例接受胸、腹部DSA检查的患者,将其分成非屏气实验组和常规屏气对照组。造影时,实验组自然呼吸采集图像.常规组吸气后屏气采集图像。两组图像经后处理调整打印成胶片,对图像质量进行评价。结果:胸部实验组37例中,满意片36例(97.30%),不满意片1例(2.70%);常规组36例中,满意片32例(88.89%),不满意片4例(11.11%)。腹部实验组55例中,满意片53例(96.36%),不满意片2例(3.64%);常规组55例中,满意片49例(89.09%),不满意片6例(10.91%)。两个部位的实验组与常规组DSA图像的满意率差异均无显著性意义(胸部Х^2=2.02,0.1d)〈0.25;腹部Х^2=2.16,0.1〈P〈0.25)。结论:非屏气摄影法获得的单幅DSA图像质量与屏气摄影法相似,采集图像时操作更为简便。此方法可作为一种特定程序.应用于年老体弱、病情危重及不能很好配合的患者.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of non-breathholding photography technology in angiography. Methods 183 cases with abdominal and thoracic DSA examination were separated into non-breathholding experimental group and conventional breath-hold control group in proper order. The experimental group collected images in natural breathing and the conventional group gained images after inspiratory breathholding in imaging process. The images of two groups were adjusted by the post-processing functions and were print film; the quality of the images was evaluated. Results In the chest experimental group(n =37) had 36cases(97.30% )satisfactory and 1 case(2.70%) unsatisfactory, and the control group(n=36)had 32cases(88.89%) satisfactory and 4(11.11%) unsatisfactory. In the abdominal experimental group(n=55) had 53 cases(96.36%) satisfactory and 2 cases(3.64%) unsatisfactory images, and the control group(n=55) had 49 cases(89.09%) satisfactory and 6cases(10.91%) unsatisfactory images. There is no significant difference of the image quality between the two groups in each part (chest part Х^2=2.02, 0.1〈P〈0.25; abdominal part: Х^2=2.16, 0.1〈P〈0.25). Conclusion The non-breathholding photography way to obtain the single photographic image quality is similar to the breath-hold DSA way, and image acquisition is more convenient. The way can be used as a specific procedure in the old and the weak, the critical ill and patients who are not co-operative.
