NB-UVB照射治疗儿童银屑病临床观察

目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)对儿童银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法将134例银屑病患者分为成人组和儿童组,均进行NB-UVB照射,2个月后进行疗效对比。结果儿童组有效率为89.55%,成人组为86.57%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但儿童组的治疗次数和累计照射量明显低于成人组,随访1年,有5例复发,有21例随访3年,生长发育均正常。结论NB-UVB治疗儿童银屑病副作用低,安全有效。

Observation of NB-UVB Treatment on Children' s Psoriasis

Objective To observe the efficacy and the safety of the treatment for psoriasis in children with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B radiation.Methods 134 psoriasis patients were divided into adult group and pediatric group,and expose them to NB-UVB.Two months later,curative effects of two groups of patients was compare.Results The effective rate of the pediatric group was 89.55%,which was similar to the adult group 86.57%.However,the treatment frequency and exposure dose for pediatric group were less than adult group.5 patients had a relapse during one-year follow-up.After that,during an ongoing follow-up for 21 patients lasting 3 years,the growing development of all the patients were normal.Conclusions Treatment for psoriasis in children with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B radiation has few side effects and is safe and effective.
