| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸改善哮喘患者气道变应性炎症的作用。方法：轻、中度支气哮喘缓解期患者266例采用穴位注射卡介菌多糖核酸，147例肌肉注射者作为对照（自然形成），分别于治疗前后检测血清IL－5和ECP含量。结果：治疗后，两组患者血清IL－5和ECP含量降低（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），具有统计学意义，且穴注组优于肌注组（P＜0．05）。结论：卡介菌多糖核酸穴位注射疗法具有较为明显地改善气道炎症的作用。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the effect of acupoint-injectio n of bacille Calmette-Guerin(BCG)polysac c haride nuclear acid in decreasing airway allergic inflammation.Methods 266 cases of mil d and moderale bronchial asthma at the r emmision stage were treated with acupoin t-injection and 147 cases treated with i ntermuscular injection as control,and co ntents of serum IL-5 and ECP were determ ined before and after treatment.Results After treatmebnt serum contents of IL-5 and ECP in the t wo groups decreased significantly( P<001 and 005),the acupoint-inje ct ion group being superior to the intermus cular injection group (P<00 5).Conclusion Acupoint-injection of BCG polysaccharide nuclear acid has more obvious action in improving airway inflammation. |
