| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍并讨论一种治疗斜坡区肿瘤的经岩骨后乙状窦前的手术入路。方法 对19例患进行了该手术入路的手术治疗。结果 15例患肿瘤全部切除，4例患行大部切除术；2例患术后发生脑脊液漏；2例发生偏瘫；4例患有同侧动眼神经麻痹；未发生死亡病例。结论 该手术的主要优点：对小脑及颞叶牵拉较轻，斜坡区暴露良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To describe and discuss a transpetrosal-presigmoid approach for removal of tumors in clival regions.Methods 19 patients have been operated on with transpetrosal-presigmoid approach.Results 15 tumors were totally removed and 4 were gross-partially resected.After operation,there were 2 cases present with CSF leak,2 cases with hemiplegia and 4 cases suffering from isolateral oculomotor paralysis.There were no operative death.Conclusion The advantages offered by this approach are that the cerebellum and temporal lobes are minimally retracted and surgical field obtained at clival regions. |
