改良的宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全5例报告

采用改良的宫颈环扎术，治疗５例宫颈机能不全引起性流产患者，均获成功。手术方法要点是宫颈阴道前壁粘膜切开，后壁不切开，按左后→左前→右前→右后顺完成环扎缝合，在宫颈阴道后方打结。与传统的手术方法比较，其方法简单，效果好。对手术时机选择，术后并发胎膜早破进行了讨论。

Use of Modified Cerclage in the Treatment of Cervical Incompetence: Report of 5 Cases

This article reports the use of modified cerclage in 5 patients with habitual abortion due to cervical incompetence. The cervix and membranes of anterior vaginal wall are incised without exposure of the membranes of posterior vaginal wall. A circular suture is made in sequence of left posterior, left anterior, right anterior and right posterior with the tying knot at the posterior of the cervix and vagina. This modified cerclage proves simpler and more effective as compared with the conventional method. Timing of surgery and possible postoperative complication of premature rupture of fetal membranes are also discussed.
