腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证的研究进展

肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome,IBS）是一种较常见的慢性胃肠功能紊乱疾病,发病率高,目前尚无一种药物对IBS有确切疗效,而中医在IBS的治疗方面有良好的疗效。本文检索了近5年有关腹泻型肠易激综合征的中医药研究的文献,发现肝郁脾虚证是临床上较为常见的类型。目前中医药不仅在腹泻型肠易激综合征的治疗中取得了较大的进展,而且在作用机制研究中也取得了一定的成果。本文拟对腹泻型肠易激综合征肝郁脾虚证的中医药治疗及作用机制等作一概述,并简要分析了目前中医药研究存在的一些问题,对今后中医中药的进展做出了展望。

Research of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome liver spleen deficiency

Irritable bowel syndrome（ IBS） is a relatively common chronic gastrointestinal disorders,incidence,a drug for IBS is currently no exact effect. And Chinese medicine in the treatment of IBS have a good effect. This paper searches for nearly five years for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in medical research literature and found that liver spleen deficiency is clinically more common type. Chinese medicine has not only in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has made great progress,but also in the mechanism of action studies also achieved some results. This paper intends to irritable bowel syndrome,liver spleen deficiency mechanism of action and treatment for an overview,and a brief analysis of the current research in Chinese medicine some problems,and the future progress of Chi- nese medicine make an outlook.
