降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘    要:目的 观察降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的近期临床疗效.方法 选择发病24 h之内接受诊治的126例脑梗死患者为研究对象,治疗组给予降纤酶(10 u 1次/d静脉滴注,连用3d)和金纳多(70mg 1次/d静脉滴注,连用14 d)联合用药,对照组单独应用金纳多治疗,分别于治疗前和治疗14d后进行神经功能缺损程度评分,并进行疗效比较.同时治疗组中依据开始使用降纤酶的时间进行12 h内用药和12~24h内用药的亚组间疗效比较.结果 治疗14 d后两组的神经功能缺损评分比治疗前都有了明显改善(P〈0.05),但两组间疗效差异无显著性.治疗组中12 h内应用降纤酶者与12~24 h内用药者相比疗效上差异无显著性(P〉0.05).结论 降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的近期疗效不够显著,并不优于其它目前治疗急性脑梗死的常用药物.

Abstract:[Objective] To evaluate the effects of defibrase on cerebral infarction. [Methods] 126 cases with acute infarction were chosen to receive intravenous infusion of either defibrase and Ginaton or Ginaton alone. The effects were evaluated on the 14th day by the use of Clinical Neurological Deficits Scale of Stroke. The evaluation was also processed between the subgroups according to the time of medication of defibrase. [Results] The scales of both groups were improved significantly after therapy (P <0.05), but there was no difference between the two groups. Those who received defibrase within 12 hours showed no more improvements than patients that received defibrase after 12 hours (P >0.05). [Conclusions] The effect of defibrase on cerebral infarction is not significant compared with other frequently used drugs.
