转移性肝癌多弹头射频治疗的疗效观察及价值

目的：探讨超声引导经皮肝穿治疗转移性肝癌的疗效及价值。方法：对18例转移性肝癌22次射频治疗，观察治疗前后肿瘤大小。结果：18例于治疗后10天，16例60天、13例6个月、5例12个月进行B超及CT复查，结果：10天后80％病人瘤体缩小30％以上，6个月后瘤体缩小40％，5例已存活1年，90％的病人自觉症状改善，无手术死亡，结论：超声引导经皮穿刺射频治疗转移性肝癌杀伤肿瘤彻底，对机体损害小，疗效确切而满意，对临床有较高的应用价值。

Study the Effectiveness and Value of Multi-Bullet Radiofrequency Treatment of Metastasis Hepatocarcinoma

Objective To explore the effectiveness and value of ultrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic treatment of metastasis hepatocarcinoma. Methods Through 18 cases of metastasis hepatocarcinoma were treated by radiofrequeney with 22 times, we observed the effectiveness and the size of tumor of pre treatment and post treatment. Results 18 cases after 10 d of treatment, 16 cases after 60 d of treatment, 13 cases after 6 months of treatment and 5 cases after 12 months of treatment were examined by B ultrasound and CT scanning. The tumor size was decreased more than 30 % after 10 d and 40 % after 6 months in 80 % patients post treatment. 5 patients have lived for one year. The patients of percent 90 felt the improvement of symptom. There were not the patients death of operation. Conclusion It is thorough for killing the tumor cells, damage lightly to body, effective and satisfied methods that the ultrasound guided percutaneons transhepatic multi bullet radiofrequency treatment for metastasis hepatocarcinoma. There have a significant value for clinical use by this kind of treatment.
