| 摘 要： | 目的：总结各种烧伤创面再生修复的临床过程。方法：对广西多家医院1989年1月至2003年1月采用MEBT／MEB0治疗的各类烧伤病人2031例进行回顾性分析。结果：浅Ⅱ度烧伤436例，创面伤后12.5天愈合，无瘢痕增生；深Ⅱ度705例22．4天创面愈合，出院三个月后随访，有101例瘢痕增生，6例植皮；Ⅲ度196例创面42．6天愈合，16例瘢痕愈合，160例植皮；瘢痕形成以颈部、肘关节、胭窝、成年女性乳房、颜面部为主。结论：MEBT／MEB0在促进深度烧伤创面愈合、减少瘢痕形成方面有其独特的疗效；认为在面部烧伤、乳房烧伤、碱烧伤、低湿热源烧伤方面，应用MEBT／MEBO的具体方法应有所改进。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical course of regenerative repair of different kinds of burn wounds. Method: A retrospective analysis of 2031 cases of different kinds of burn treated with MEBT/MEBO was made. Result: 436 cases of superficial 2nd degree burn had their wounds healed in 12.5 days after treatment without hyperplastic scar formation. 705 cases of deep 2nd degree burn had their wounds healed in 22.4 days, among them 101 cases had hyperplastic scar formation and 6 cases received skin grafting. 196 cases of 3rd degree burn had their wounds healed in 42.6 days, among them 16 cases healed with scar and 160 cases received skin grafting; The scars were mostly formed in neck, elbow joint, popliteal fossa, face and breast of women. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO has special efficacy in promoting the healing of deep burn wounds and reducing scar formation. The method of the application of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of face and breast burn wounds and burn caused by alkali and low humidity thermal sources needs improvement. |
