| 摘 要： | 目的:了解大学生的生活方式现况,为促进大学生形成健康的生活方式提供依据。方法:采用流行病学现况调查的方法,用调查表收集不良生活方式各项指标。结果:44.51%的学生存在不良生活习惯,且没有意识到不良生活习惯对健康的危害;76.10%的学生表明现有生活方式是不健康的,需要进行改进;在调查中存在吸烟、酗酒、缺乏体育锻炼、高盐高脂饮食等不良生活方式。依次为吸烟65人,占17.85%,饮酒94人,占25.8%,缺乏体育锻炼171人,占46.98%,高盐高脂饮食123人,占33.8%。不良生活方式在不同性别间具有统计学意义。结论:不良生活方式严重影响身体健康,作为医学院校的大学生如何从知到行,纠正不良生活方式,以减少慢性病的发生、发展,值得进一步探讨。
