急性淋巴细胞白血病3种化疗方案成本效果分析

目的：考察急性淋巴细胞白血病3种缓解诱导化疗方案的经济费用。方法：对70例急性淋巴细胞白血病缓解诱导化疗所用的3种方案，即：DVLP（daunorubicin,vineristine,l-asparaginase and drednisone)、DVP（daunorubicin,vincristine and prednisone)及DVLD（daunorubicin,vincristine,l-asparaginase and dexamethasone)进行回顾性分析评价，用成本-效果分析的药物经济学方法进行比较。结果：DVLP是3种化疗方案中最理想的方案。结论：药物经济学可为临床合理用药，优选治疗方案提供一定的参考。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Chemotherapeutic regimens for Acute Leukomonocyte Leukemia

Objectives: To evaluate the economic effectiveness of the three chemotherapeutic regimens for acute leukomonocyte leukemia's induced remission induction. Methods: The three chemotherapeutic regimens, which were given in 70 patients with acute leukomonocyte leukemia, including DVLP, DVP and DVLD were compared by the cost-effectiveness analysis. Results: The DVLP regimen was most rational one. Conclusions: Pharmaconomics is important in selecting optimizing therapeutic regimen, can guiding rational use of drug.
