| 摘 要： | 在逆转录病毒介导下将TNF基因转染入小鼠LAK细胞中．结果发现．转染TNF基因的LAK细胞比正常LAK细胞和转染对照基因的LAK细胞分泌更高水平的TNF．其体外生长能力和杀伤活性均显著升高．抗TNF单抗可显著抑制其体外杀伤活性．表明其杀伤活性升高是由基因转染后所表达的TNF介导的。将较低数量的TNF基因转染的LAK细胞与IL-2联合腹腔内注射后，对腹水型肝癌小鼠有显著的治疗效果．
