超声对老年高血压颈总动脉功能改变与脉搏速度的研究

目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者颈动脉弹性功能改变与脉搏速度的关系。方法应用超声检测72例老年原发性高血压病患者和50例正常老年人作对照组，测量颈总动脉内-中膜厚度、内径，计算顺应性、PWV等参数。结果高血压组的PWV显著高于对照组，PWV与脉压、顺应性及僵硬度指数β密切相关。结论高血压患者颈动脉功能的改变与脉搏速度密切相关，PWV是一项评价高血压病动脉功能的重要指标。

The Evaluation of Alterations of Function and Pulse Speed of Common Carotid Artery in Hypertension by Ultrasonic Wave

Objective To discuss the relationship between carotid artery elastic function change and pulse speed of aged primary hypertension sickness patient. Methods Application supersonic to examines 72 aged primary hypertension sickness patients and 50 normal senior citizens to be as control group, surveying the arteria carotis communis anterlor-the intermediate deck thickncss（IMT） thickness, inside diameter, computation elasticity, pulse speed（PWV） and so on. Results The hypertension group＇s PWV was obviously higher than the control group, PWV was related to the pulse pressure, the elasticity and the stiff hardness number. Conclusion The patients with elevated blood pressure carotid artery function＇s change is related to the pulse speed. PWV is an imporant guideline of appraisal hypertension sickness artery function.
