华枝睾吸虫病的超声诊断

本文对126例临床确诊为华枝睾吸虫病人行肝胆B超检查,所见肝内胆管扩张、增厚出现率为91.27%,分Ⅲ型声像改变并比较感染程度和食生鱼肉史,经统计学处理P值均<0.01。提出肝内胆管扩张、管壁增厚、胆囊肿大及胆囊、肝外胆管出现不规则等回声光斑或小光带为本病的声像特征,并探讨根据声像改变对本病进行临床评估的可能性。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Clonorchiasis Sinensis

One humdred and twenty six cases of clonorchiasis sinensis were examined with B -mode ultrasonography. The enlargement of the intrahepatic ducts and thickening of their wall were found in 91. 27% cases,and could be devided into three grades. Expansion of gallbladder and irreguler homoechogenic spot in bile duct were also their features. Clinic value was estimated.
