| 摘 要： | 运用回顾性调查的数据,探寻了0～9岁儿童乙肝累积发病率与乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率及全程接种率之间的关系结果提示,0～9岁儿童乙肝累积发病率与乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率、全程接种率呈负相关。相关系数分别为-0.681和-0.740;回归分析发现,若乙肝疫苗首针及时接种率或全程接种率提高1.00%,则0～9岁儿童乙肝累积发病率将降低1.35%。提示各级疾病预防控制机构应重视对儿童的首针及时接种及全程免疫,将此二率作为乙型肝炎防制工作重要的考核评价指标, |

| Abstract: | The paper is just to seek the relationship between the cumulative incidence of 0-9year children and the first hepatitis B vaccine inoculation rate or completed inoculation rate. The cumulative incidence of 0-9year children assumes inverse correlation with the first hepatitis B vaccine inoculation rate and completed inoculation rate, The respective correlation coefficients are -0.681 and -0.740. And the result of regression analysis shows that if the first hepatitis B vaccine inoculation rate or completed inoculation rate raised 1.00%, the cumulative incidence of 0-9year children down 1.35%. |
