藜芦配伍人参对未成熟小鼠雌激素样作用的影响

摘    要:目的:观察藜芦配伍人参对未成熟小鼠子宫系数、性激素水平、靶器官子宫和阴道的病理学变化的影响。方法:昆明种雌性小鼠120只,随机分为正常组、特异性雌激素受体拮抗剂ICI组(5 mg·kg-1)、藜芦组(0.045 g·kg-1)、人参低、中、高剂量组(12,18,24 g·kg-1)、ICI和人参低剂量混合组(混合低剂量组)、ICI和人参中剂量混合组(混合中剂量组)、ICI和人参高剂量混合组(混合高剂量组)、藜芦和人参低剂量配伍组(配伍低剂量组)、藜芦和人参中剂量配伍组(配伍中剂量组)、藜芦和人参高剂量配伍组(配伍高剂量组),每组10只,给药5 d后分别观察小鼠子宫系数,血清中雌二醇(E2),黄体生成素(LH),促卵泡生成素(FSH)的水平及子宫、阴道的病理学变化。结果:与正常组比较,人参各剂量组能使未成熟小鼠的子宫系数显著增加(P0.05),E2含量明显升高(P0.05,P0.01),LH,FSH的水平显著降低(P0.05,P0.01),还能明显促进靶器官子宫、阴道的生长发育。配伍藜芦后,人参各剂量组的子宫系数明显降低(P0.05,P0.01),血清E2,LH和FSH水平明显升高(P0.05,P0.01),子宫和阴道的促生长发育作用减弱。结论:藜芦与特定剂量的人参配伍能够妨害人参的雌激素样作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the estrogenic effect of the incompatibility of Veratrum nigrum and Panax gingseng on immature mouse. Method: One hundied and twenty female Kunming mice, were randomly divided into 12 groups:the normal group, estrogen receptor antagonist (ICI) group (5 mg·kg-1), the V. nigrum (VT) group, (0.045 g·kg-1), the low-, middle-and high-dose P. gingseng (GS) groups, (12, 18, 24 g·kg-1), ICI+low-dose GS group(ICI 5 mg·kg-1+GS 12 g·kg-1), ICI+middle-dose GS group (ICI 5 mg·kg-1+ GS 18 g·kg-1), ICI+high-doses GS group (ICI 5 mg·kg-1+GS 24 g·kg-1), VT +low-dose GS group (VT 0.045 g·kg-1+GS 12 g·kg-1), VT+middle-dose GS group (VT 0.045 g·kg-1+GS 18 g·kg-1), VT+high-dose GS group (VT 0.045 g·kg-1+GS 24 g·kg-1). The uterus index, estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and the difference between uterine and vaginal histopathology were observed after 5 days. Result: Compared to the normal group, the uterus index increased (P<0.05), E2 increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), levels of LH and FSH decreased (P<0.05) in all doses of GS groups. Meanwhile, the growth and development of the uterus and vagina were promoted. While GS used with VT, uterus index decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), levels of E2 notably decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), levels of LH and FSH increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the degree of uterus and vagina atrophy was increased. Conclusion: VT could impair the estrogenic effect of GS in a certain dosage.
