| 摘 要： | 目的从中药北刘寄奴中分离鉴定生物活性成分。方法溶剂提取及柱色谱法分离，光谱技术鉴定结构。结果分离得到7个化合物，分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、7-甲氧基香豆素(Ⅱ)、7-羟香豆素(Ⅲ)、异阿魏酸(Ⅳ)、1R,2R,4R三羟基薄荷烷(Ⅴ)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅵ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论7个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分得。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the bioactive compounds from Siphonostegia chinensis Benth.METHOD S The compounds were extracted with solvents,isolated by column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic methods respectively.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ),herniarin (Ⅱ),umbelliferone (Ⅲ),isoferulic acid (Ⅳ),1R,2R,4Rtrihydroxy-р-menthane (Ⅴ),trans p hydroxycinnamic acid (Ⅵ),and β-daucosterol (Ⅶ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ～Ⅶ were isolated from Siphonostegia. |
