鼻腔超声雾化吸入治疗变应性鼻炎的临床应用分析

目的分析比较不同类型、不同性质变应性鼻炎、鼻腔超声雾化吸入治疗与服药、滴药治疗变应性鼻炎的差异性。方法收集2005年1月-2007年1月变应性鼻炎患者接受鼻腔超声雾化吸入治疗患者99例,与仅接受服药、滴药治疗的变应性鼻炎患者183例进行疗效对比、分析治疗效果。结果接受鼻腔超声雾化吸入治疗患者疗效明显高于仅接受服药、滴药治疗的变应性鼻炎患者,雾化组与对照组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且复发时间明显延长。结论鼻腔超声雾化吸入治疗变应性鼻炎经济方便、安全、无痛、无创,见效快,复发周期长,其疗效明显优于传统的服药和鼻腔滴药治疗,患者接受度高,适宜于各级医疗机构推广使用。

Analysis of clinical utilization of nasal cavity uitrasound aerosol inhalation in treating allergic rhinitis

Objective To compare the effect of medication,instination and ultrasound aerosol inhalation for allergic rhinitis. Methods The clinical data of 99 cases suffering from allergic rhinitis with ultrasound aerosol inhalation and 183 cases with traditional medication or instillation from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2007 was analysed retrospectively. Results Acceptance of ultrasound nasal inhalation treatment efficacy was significantly higher than cases only accept medication, treatment of instillation, nebulized group and control group were statistically significant differences between（ P〈0. 05 ）, and significantly prolong relapse time. Conclusion Ultrasound nasal inhalation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis economic convenient and safe, painless, noninvasive,effective, relapse cycle length, and its efficacy was superior to traditional medication and nasal instillation treatment, patient acceptance high, suitable for all level to promote the use of medical institutions.
