儿科中药注射剂应用中药物不良反应相关因素探讨

目的：探讨儿科注射剂在临床应用中药物不良反应的相关因素，为儿科临床安全用药提供参考。方法：选取我院2011年12月～2014年8月儿科135例应用中药注射剂出现不良反应的患儿进行研究，分析中药注射剂不良反应的相关因素。结果：儿科中药注射中发生的不良反应频率高，尤以皮肤及其附件损害类型最为常见，与儿童独特的生理特点、药物制备工艺、滴注速度过快、用药不当、临床研究时缺少研究对象、不完善的监管制度等相关。结论：儿科中药注射中不良反应发生频率较高，应规范中药注射剂的使用，提高药物质量，加强临床合理用药，促进临床合理管理和规范，降低儿科治疗中不良反应的发生率。

Conclusion:pediatric medicine injections higher frequency of adverse reactions, should regulate the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections, improve drug quality, strengthen clinical use of drugs, promote rational management and norms, pediatric treatment reduces the incidence of adverse reactions.
