| 摘 要： | 目的：总结分析我院门诊用药咨询情况，提高医院门诊用药咨询服务质量，指导患者合理用药。方法：统计分析2014年“药师咨询日”活动中门诊用药咨询记录。结果：门诊用药咨询对象主要为患者，咨询问题最多的是药物的用法用量，其次为药物疗效及适应症和药物不良反应。结论：用药咨询服务能提高患者用药依从性及药师专业素质，对指导患者合理、安全用药有着积极的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To enhacethe quality improvement of pharmacy service and guide patients rational drug use, we summarized and analysed the condition of drug consultation in section for outpatients of ourhospital. Methods:Count and analysis the records of drug consultation in section for outpatients from“The Pharmacist counseling Day” .Results:The target of drug consultation in section for outpatients were mainly the patients. The most problems were drug usage, drug efficacy and adverse reaction in turn.Conclusion:The drug consultation service can improve the medication compliance of patients and the professional quality of pharmacists. It has positive significance to guide the reasonable, safe drug use in patients. |
