兔Roux-en-y胆肠吻合术后胆汁成分改变与吻合口癌变的关系

目的探讨Roux—en-y胆肠吻合术后胆汁成分的改变与吻合口癌变间的关系。方法将24只兔子分为单纯开腹手术组（SL组，6只）和Roux—en—y胆肠吻合术组（GJ组，18只）。单纯开腹手术组术中及术后3、6、9个月取胆汁，Roux—en—y胆肠吻合术组于术中和术后3,6、9个月分别取胆汁和胆肠吻合口处胆囊和肠管组织做胆汁生物化学和病理切片检查。分析对比假手术组及手术组吻合前后胆汁成分变化的改变。结果SL组和CJ组两组间术后3、6、9个月胆汁总胆红素（T—BIL）、游离胆红素（UCB）和胆汁酸（TAB）水平有显著差异。CJ组术后9个月发现有吻合口非典型性增生发生，发生率11．1％。CJ组胆管炎发生率为50．0％。结论Roux—en—y胆肠吻合术后胆汁成分的改变对吻合口癌变发生起一定作用，胆管炎的发生与吻合口癌变发生间存在密切联系。

The Relationship Between the Changes of Bile Components After Roux-en-y Choledochojejunostomy and Cholangiocarcinoma Around the Anastomosis Between Bile Buct and Jejunum(B-J) in Rabbits

Objective To investigate the inner relationship between the the changes of bile components after Roux-en-y choledochojejunostomy and Cholangiocarcinoma around the anastomosis between bile duct and jejunum(B-J).
