左卡尼丁治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效研究

目的 评价左卡尼丁治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 108例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组和对照组两组,对照组按常规方案治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合应用左卡尼丁入液静脉滴注,1次/d,连用2周.并观察心功能、HR、BP、HS、CRP、LVEF和6 min步行试验的改变.结果 两组心功能比较,治疗组及对照组总有效率分别为88.7%、59.2%,两组有显著差别,两组HR、BP、CRP治疗前后比较均有显著性差异,但两组间比较无明显差异.两组治疗前后左室射血分数测定及在组间相互比较均无统计学差异(P＞0.05).而两组治疗前后6 mm步行试验有明显改善,但两组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 在治疗老年人慢性充血性心力衰竭方面,应用常规治疗模式联合左卡尼丁治疗疗效肯定、毒副作用小、安全、值得在临床上推广.

Zo C Nitin treatment of senile chronic congestive heart failure clinical evaluation

Objective Evaluation of Zo C Nitin in treatment of senile chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 108 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group group two, control group with conventional therapy, the treatment group in the control group treatment program based on the combined application of effects of L-carnitine by means of intravenous drip, once a day, for 2 weeks. And observation of cardiac function, HR, BP, HS.CRP, LVEF and 6 min walk test changes. Results Comparison of heart function results in the two groups, the treatment group and the control group the total effective rates were 88.7%, 59.2%, two groups have significant difference, HR.BP, CRP before and after treatment in two groups showed significant differences, but there was no difference between two groups. The two groups before and after treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction determination and in group comparisons showed no statistical difference (P>0.05). While the two groups before and after treatment, 6 mm walking test were improved, but after the treatment in the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure, application of conventional treatment combined with Zo C Nitin treatment curative effect, small toxic side effect, safety, worthy of clinical popularization.
