| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨电生理检查对不明原因晕厥患者的诊断价值。方法 对268例经无创性检查未能确定病因的晕厥患者进行电生理检查，并对电生理结果及其并发症进行统计分析。结果 电生理检查总的阳性率为38％，随年龄的增加，其电生理检查的阳性率亦增加，其中70岁以上患者因患冠心病者比例较高其电生理检查阳性率高达50％，但该组并发症并无增加。结论 电生理检查对不明原因晕厥患者，尤其是老年伴器质性心脏病患者有一定诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnostic value of invasive electrophysiological study(EPS)in the patients with unexplained syncope.Methods The electrophysiological finding of 268 patients who have had syncope that is unexplained despite a complete clinical evaluation was analyzed.Results EPS finding was Positive in 38% patients and 50% patients whose age were over 70 years.The diagnostic yield of EPS increased with age.No significant differences of complication incidence were found between different age groups.Conclusion Due to the high diagnostic value and the low complication incidence,EPS can be recommended in elderly patients with unexplained syncope.
