腰椎椎板切除减压术后早期体位训练的临床价值

目的研究腰椎椎板切除减压术后早期开展主动体位训练对远期疗效的影响 . 方法试验组 156例单纯腰椎全椎板切除病例 , 于术后第 2天在医生指导下开展主动体位训练 , 对照组 150例采用传统的术后两周开始训练 . 所有病例均记录术前与术后 3个月的下腰痛评分记录及计算 RIS值 , 评价两组间疗效差异 . 结果根据 Hirabayashi的 RIS评分标准 , 术后 3个月试验组优良率 75.64% , 对照组优良率 58.91% . 组间疗效存在显著差异 . 结论对于腰椎全椎板切除减压术后病例将早期体位训练作为术后康复的第一步可显著提高手术疗效 .

The value of early postural training after lumbar decompressive laminectomy

Objective To evaluate the early postural training programs for the patients undergone lumbar decompressive laminectomy. Method 156 cases who undergoing decompressive laminectomy without intravertebral fusion were involved in the study group and performed early postural training 1 day after surgery. 150 cases as control group. The results were evaluated statistically by the criteria of the Japanese Orthopedic Association lumbar score (JOA score). Result The excellent and good rate of study group was 75.64% that is higher than that of control group 58.91%. The outcome show significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Early postural training program was recommended as the first important step in the rehabilitation for the patients undergoing lumbar decompressive laminectomy and showed significant effect in prevention of low back pain.
