摘    要:对30例高泌乳素血症患者及12例正常对照者进行血泌乳素周期测定及溴隐亭抑制试验。结果表明:高泌乳素血症组泌乳素分泌周期节律失消;90%以上的垂体病变伴高伴乳素血症患者之溴隐亭试验显示高泌乳素血症不受抑制;非垂体病变性高泌乳素血症则100%受到抑制。

Abstract:In accompany with serum PRL level determination bromocriptin inhibiting test (BIT) was performedion 30 cases of hyperprolactinemia in two groups, group A (with pituitary lesion) and B (without pituitary lesion) and 12 normal controls. The results showed that the rhythm of PRL secretion disappeared in 30 cases. The BITs were negative in 19 cases of group A (95 % ). In group B the BITs were 100% positive. It suggested that the determination of PRL secretion rhythm and the BIT are very useful for differential diagnosis of the causes of the hyperprolactinemia. The BIT is more convenient and simpler than TRH stimulating test. It is recommendable for clinical practice.
