刺五加茎叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的研究五加科五加属植物刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms)茎叶中的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶色谱法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和谱学分析鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香苷(syrigin,1)、刺五加苷B1(eleutheroside B1,2)、刺五加苷D(eleutheroside D,3)、甘露醇(mannitol,4)、丁香醛(syringaldehyde,5)、2,6-二甲氧基苯甲酸苄酯(2,6-dimethoxybenzoic acid phenylmethyl ester,6)、salvadoraside(7)。结论化合物5~7为首次从五加属植物中分离得到的已知化合物。
