| 摘 要： | 目的以病人为中心,为病人提供优质服务。方法通过转变服务观念、首因效应、首问负责制、温馨接诊、岗前介绍、温馨输液、病人选护士等系列措施,实施温馨工程。结果提升了护士职业形象和整体素质,提高了病人满意度。结论温馨工程的实施是促进整体护理健康发展,赢得病人对医院信赖的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To provide quality service by focusing on patients. Methods The warm-heartedness project was implemented by carrying out alteration of service concept, the effect of first impression, responsibility of initial inquiry, warmhearted admission, introduction before hospitalization, warmhearted infusion and patient's election of nurses. Results The warn-hearted project increased the professional image of nurses and the whole quality as well as the satisfaction of patients. Conclusion The implementation of warm-hearted project is an effective way of promoting the development of the holistic nursing and wining patients' trust in hospital. |
