后路短节段椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折临床体会

目的:总结后路短节段椎弓根内固定,后外侧植骨治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折。方法:对52列胸腰椎爆裂骨折采用后路短节段椎弓根内固定器复位固定,横突间及小关节后外侧植骨,术前,术后均行摄片及CT扫描。结果:术后伤椎高度显恢复,Cobb角显著改善,神经功能得到明显恢复(除ASIA A级4例无改善,E级5例未出现神经症状),2例患者3根椎弓根钉断裂。结论:后路短节椎弓根内固定是治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的一种理想方法。

Short-segment internal fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch for thoracolumbar vertebra bursting fractures

Objective:To sum up the short-segment internal fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch with bone grafting for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebra bursting fractures.Methods:Fifty-two patients were treated by the short-segment internal fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch with posterolateral bone grafting.Pre-operation and post-operation radiologic and CT outcomes were analyzed.Result:The injury vertebra height of post-operation was significantly recovered,the Cobb angle was also significantly corrected and the nerve function was recovered.Conclusion:The short-segment internal fixation of pedicle of vertebral arch is a safe method to treat thoracolumbrar vertebra bursting fractures.
