吸毒者知识、态度和行为调查

目的]了解吸毒者艾滋病病毒感染现状及危险因素分析,为制订本地区高危人群艾滋病干预措施提供科学依据。方法]采用现况调查了解辖区内吸毒者人群对艾滋病知识掌握情况、所持态度及其吸毒、求医和性行为情况,并对该人群接受的干预措施进行调查。结果]吸毒者艾滋病防治知识知晓率与行为改变的差距较大,针具交换、安全套发放、美沙酮维持治疗这些干预工作开展力度和普及面尚不能满足目前艾滋病防治工作需要。本地区吸毒者艾滋病知识有所增加,但受调查人群采取安全性行为的比例相对滞后。结论]该地区应该充分关注本地区吸毒者的艾滋病预防工作,并采取更为有效的艾滋病健康促进干预措施。

INVESTIGATION ON AIDS RELATED KAP AMONG DRUG ABUSERS IN CHONGQING

Objective]To survey and identify the knowledge and risk behaviors concerning HIV/AIDS among drug abusers,to provide basis for constituting AIDS prevention measures in risk groups in this area.Methods]The survey was carried out among drug abusers in Beibei district of Chongqing.All individuals were requested to complete a questionnaire concerning the knowledge,attitude and practice about AIDS/HIV.Results]The majority of drug abusers had high risk behavior associated with HIV infection,although the knowledge about AIDS was relatively improved among the drug abusers.Such prevention activities as needle replacement,providing free condoms and implementing methadone cure program,were not enough for AIDS prevention.Conclusions]The effective strategies should be adopted to prevent and intervene AIDS in high risk groups in this area.
