无牙体缺损的牙齿牙髓炎发生的临床分析

目的 通过对无牙体缺损但有牙髓炎症状的牙齿进行临床诊断治疗，分析其发生的原因，并了解其发病机理。方法 对临床确诊为牙髓炎但无牙体缺损的病例进行临床调查，对治疗情况进行临床分析。结果 确诊为无牙体缺损的牙齿牙髓炎发生的诱因为牙隐裂、创伤、逆行性牙髓炎、牙内吸收、牙本质过敏症，以及一些原因不明的因素。结论 无牙体缺损与有牙体缺损的牙齿牙髓炎的感染具体途径可以不同，但原因基本是一致的，主要有细菌感染、物理和化学刺激、创伤以及免疫反应等。

Clinical Analysis of Occurrence of Pulpitis on Teeth without Dental Defect

Objective To diagnose and treat the teeth with pulpitis but without dental defect and explore its cause and pathogenesis. Methods The cases diagnosed as pulpitis but without dental defect were investigated in clinic and the state of treatment was analysed. Results The cracked tooth, trauma, retrograde pulpitis, internal resorption of teeth, dentine hypersensitivity and other uncertain factors were precipitating factors of occurrence of pulpitis on teeth without dental defect. Conclusion The concrete infectious ways of pulpitis with or without dental defect could be different but the causes could be the same, which mainly included bacteria infection,physical and chemical stimulus, trauma and immune reaction and so on.
