| 摘 要： | 测定福州健康成人200例头发和指(趾)甲Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Se含量。微机统计学分析,除发Zn 40岁以下较40岁以上年龄组较高(p<0.01)外,其他各种元素含量与年龄、性别差异无显著性(P>0.05)。头发与指(趾)甲5种元素含量无相关性(P>0.05)。指(趾)甲Zn,Cu,Mn含量较头发含量高,尤以Cu为著(P<0.01),Fe含量头发高于指(趾)甲。

| Abstract: | Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn and Se trace elements in the hair and nail of a random group of 200 healthy adult Fuzhou citizens were quantitatively determined. Careful statistical analysis, using an IBM--PC/XT Computer, shows that (1)There were no noticeable trace element level differences (P>0. 05) between sex groups and among age groups, except Zn having a significant higher value in the age groups over 40 than that of under 40 groups (P<0. 01). (2)No correlation was found between hair and nail trace element values (P>0. 05). (3)Values of nail Zn, Mn and especially Cu were much higher than those of hair(P>0. 01) while hair Fe was higher than nail Fe. |
