| 摘 要： | 目的评价QT离散度对急性心肌梗死(AMI)临床及预后价值。方法所有患者入院24h内均测定QT离散度QTd及校正的QTd(QTcd)],出院前24h内再次测定QTd、QTcd。结果各组患者QTd、QTcd比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AMI死亡患者QTcd与存活者比较明显延长,有统计学意义(P>0.05);QT离散度与室性心律失常严重程度呈正相关。结论QTd与QTcd是AMI高危患者临床心电学的敏感指标之一,对AMI患者预测严重心律失常及评价心功能状况、判断预后有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of QT on the AMI and prognosis.Methods All the patients are tested with QT.QTd and QTd(QTcd)],and tested again before leaving hospital.Results The comparation among all groups QTd QTcd has statistical significance(P<0.05),AMI died patient QTcd is obviously longer than that of the survived(P<0.05),QT acute is in positive relation with ventrical arrhythmia.Conclusion QTd and QTCd are one of the sensitive targets to the clinical electricity of the deadly patients.It has importa... |
