| 摘 要： | 目的探讨个性化护理干预对扁桃体术后患者疼痛的影响。方法按随机取样将60例扁桃体手术患者分成两组，对照组实施常规护理；实验组实施个性化护理措施有：病房环境个性化，疼痛的个性化护理，饮食的个性化护理。结果两组患者术后疼痛程度、用镇痛药次数、睡眠时间比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论对扁桃体围手术期患者进行个性化护理干预，满足个性需求，帮助患者舒适地渡过疼痛期有明显作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Influence of specific nursing on the pain after tonsillectomy.Methods 60 tonsillectomy patients were randomly divided into two groups;the patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received specific nursing messures(including specific environment,specific nursing on pain and diet).Results The difference of postoperative pain degree,using frequency of analgesina medicine and sleeping time in two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The specific nursing intervention can meet the individual demands of tonsillectomy patients during perioperative period and help the patients easily pass the pain period. |
