| 摘 要： | 消化性溃疡１７２例，随机分为２组。加味胃痛片（ＪＷＷＴＰ）组８７例（男性７４例，女性１３例；年龄４４±ｓ１１ａ），雷尼替丁（Ｒａｎ）组８５例（男性７１例，女性１４例；年龄４３±１１ａ）。口服ＪＷＷＴＰＳ片，ｔｉｄ，Ｒａｎ１５０ｍｇ，ｂｉｄ。２组经６ｗｋ治疗后，溃疡愈合率分别为８１％和７５％，Ｐ＞０．０５。未见明显不良反应。ＪＷＷＴＰ是治疗消化性溃疡较为满意的药物。

| Abstract: | One hundred and seventy-two patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided nto two groups.The Jia-wei-wei-tong-pian(JWWTP,each tablet contains Aluminis usli 88 mg,Radix glycyrrhizae 75 mg,Conch ostreae usti 66 mg,Rhizoma cyperi 22 mg,Radix aucklandiae 11 mg and Herba belladonnae 3 mg) group of 87 patients(M74,F13;age 44±s 11a)received JWWTP 5 tablets orally,tid,for 6 wk.The ranitidine group of 85 patients(M71,F14;age 43±11 a)received ranitidine 150 mg orally,bid,for6 wk.Results showed the healing rates of the two groups were 81% and 75%, respectively,but with no significant difference(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found.JWWTP is a satisfactory drug for treatment of peptic ulcer. |
