| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留或复发采用手术治疗的疗效、并发症。方法对20例鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留或复发患者行手术治疗，术后进行病理检查，并进行随访。结果手术治疗的5年生存率为45．3％，本组病例4例发生迟发性切口部分裂开，余未发现手术并发症。结论鼻咽癌放疗后颈淋巴结残留或复发首选手术治疗，术式首选颈全清扫术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects and the complication of surgical treatment of residual or recurrent cervical metastasis after radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma . Methods Twenty cases of residual or recurrent cervical metastasis after radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma were treated with operation . The resected specimens were sent for pathological test . All cases were follow-up and the effects and the complications were analyzed . Results The 5-year survival rate was 45.3% , there was no operative complication . Conclusion The treatment of residual or recurrent cervical metastasis after radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma is the first choice , the most feasible operative method is radical neck dissection. |
