| 摘 要： | 将小鼠从妊娠第６天起，连续腹注射不同剂量的ＭＣＬ２至第１３天。第１４天处死。取肝脏及胎盘，分别制成１％和４％匀浆 ，一肝脏及胎盘中ＬＰＯ含量，ＳＯＤ活性，结果表明：在小鼠妊娠早期，胎盘对锰的毒性作用较肝脏敏感，且存在有明显的抗日旧反在关系。提示，锰能够影响小鼠肝脏及胎盘中的脂质过氧化。

| Abstract: | Different doses of MnCl 2 (managnese dichloride)were continuously injected into the mice from the sixth day to the thirteenth day after she was pregnant.Livers and placentals were obtained on the fourteenth day,so as to measure the content of LPO and the activity of SOD.The results showed that placeatal was highly sensitive to the toxicity of MnCl 2,and had a significant dose-response correlation. |
