阿托伐他汀短期治疗对脑梗死患者血脂和炎性标志物表达的影响

目的:研究阿托伐他汀短期应用对脑梗死(CI)患者血脂、血小板聚集率和炎性标志物表达的影响。方法:经头颅CT、MRI证实为脑梗死的患者40例,随机分为阿托伐他汀治疗组(阿托伐他汀20mg,每晚1次)和对照组各20例,于21 d后分别测定血脂、血小板聚集率和炎性标志物。结果:阿托伐他汀组患者治疗后的总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)较治疗前有明显降低(P<0．05或P<0．01),纤维蛋白原(Fg)、血小板聚集率无显著差异(P>0．05)。对照组各项指标的变化均无显著差异(P>0．05)。结论:阿托伐他汀可在短期降低CI患者的血脂、CRP水平,但对Fg、血小板聚集率无明显影响;CI患者早期还是要考虑进行多方面的综合治疗。

Effect of Short-term Therapy with Atorvastatin on Blood Lipid and Inflammatory Marker in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To evaluate the effect of short-term therapy with atorvastatin on blood lipid, platelet aggregation ratio and inflammatory marker in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Fourty cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into atorvastatin group (20mg atorvastatin per day,n = 20) and control group (n = 20). Lipid profiles, platelet aggregation ratio,C reaction protein (CRP)and fibrinogen (Fg) were tested before and 21 days after therapy. Results: In atorvastatin group, TC,LDL-C,CRP were all siganificantly decreased after treatment (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). The levels of Fg and platelet aggregation ratio had not significantly changed. There was no significant change in control group. Conclusion:Short-term treatment of atorvastatin can safely reduce the levels of CRP and blood lipids in patients with cerebral infarction, but it can't change Fg and platelet aggregation ratio significantly. The cerebral infarction should be versatilely treated.
