| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical and MRI features of multiple system atrophy(MSA) patients with pontine cross sign,which provided the basis for recognizing the clinical features of MSA and making the final clinical diagnosis.Methods Clinical data and MRI features of three MSA patients were analyzed respectively.Results All the three patients were manifested with cerebellar signs and autonomic nerve signs.Pontine cross sign was the most significant MRI feature.Conclusion The MSA patients featured with cerebellar sign are also accompanied by autonomic nerve signs.Pontine cross sign is the most significant MRI feature which contributed to the final diagnosis. |
