Study on the cultivation of self-learning of operative and endodontics residents

In order to cultivate the residents'self-learning ability and life-long learning ability some measures had been taken in the departmnet of operative dentistry and endodontics, such as developing resi-dents'self-confidence, establishing good self-learning environment and employing problem-based learning. It was conducive to upgrade the residents' overall quality and capability.
